We specialise in the repair, restoration, and servicing of watches and clocks. Our services include but are not limited to:- Watch and clock repair and restoration
- Servicing and maintenance
- Sale of watch parts, accessories, and refurbished items
- Use of high-quality alternatives or refurbished parts where originals are unavailable
3. Estimates & Pricing
- Estimates cost £40, deductible from final invoice if work proceeds. Valid for 30 days.
- If you decline the repair, your item will be returned unrepaired.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- No work will commence without your explicit approval.
- If additional internal issues are found, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
4. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- Final payment due on completion, unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest or recovery action.
- We accept card, cash (in person), and bank transfer.
- Mail-in services must be paid in full before return shipping.
5. Repair Turnaround Times
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity or part availability.
- We are not responsible for delays due to external issues like courier or customs.
- We will keep you informed of delays where possible.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Repairs are non-refundable once completed.
- Faulty workmanship is covered under warranty (see below).
- Accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
7. Warranty
- Repairs come with a [6/12]-month warranty (as per invoice).
- Warranty covers parts and workmanship only.
- Excludes:
- Unrelated failures
- Misuse or accidents
- Water damage (unless pressure tested and certified)
- Wear and tear, batteries, or cosmetic deterioration
- Contact us with your receipt and issue description. Items must be returned for inspection.
8. Liability and Insurance
- We take utmost care of items in our possession.
- Items are insured while on premises and in our arranged return shipping.
- Insurance is limited to estimated value at intake.
- We are not liable for issues during customer-arranged shipping.
9. Uncollected Items
- Items uncollected after 6 months may be sold or disposed of.
- Storage charge of £5 per week applies after 10 working days from final notice.
- Disposal only after written notice and 21 days with no response.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Keep contact details up to date.
- Notify us of any issues within 7 days of item return.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to English courts.12. Changes to Terms
