Fabulous, what an excellent service from Gemma, David and Sammy! I had a small issue with an automatic watch, which was quickly found and fixed. Not only that, I had the opportunity for a few very pleasant, and highly educational horological discussions. It was obvious that the team are passionate about what they do and have the expertise to back this up, which cannot be said for the watch brand in question, who I am still waiting for a reply from three weeks later! A wonderful little encounter with some truly nice folk, which is always great to see in our lovely little town!

Gemma was most helpful when I presented a clock which I considered might be beyond repair. I was delighted when within an hour it was returned in full working order and with silver frame newly polished.
